Selling my saddle :( 16" seat, dark brown basket stamped, rawhide covered tree. There is a small hole in the rawhide. It's a great heavy saddle. Will do the job. I've used it myself for quite a while testing horses brought from sale and for trail riding. Comfortable seat. Metal flat bottom oxbox stirrups. Don't have horses anymore so I guess I don't need a saddle anymore. Will add pics soon.

I have for rent, weekend use, monthly use, special use, etc. 160 acres, small pond, 8+ horse barn, straw, water, and possible use of the 5 bedroom fully furnished farm house in excellent condition. The house even has a vintage cast iron fireplace. I would love to have someone come use it on weekends and get the place back up in running order. I purchased this from my grandfather who grew up on the farm and lived there until he was 100+ year of age. I have deer hunters who are using it for the months of Sept-Dec.

This is a good heavy duty trailer. It is a '91 model and is in exceptional condition for its age. The paint is in very good shape, floor is in pretty good shape, tires are new, (has a spare attached to other side) hitch is newer, brakes work, has a fiberglass top. We have hauled horses and cattle in it and it works well for both. It has a center divider gate and a sliding walk through gate in the rear gate. It is a very good trailer. Docs Real Sunny AKA Dixie is broke to ride and has been ridden by kids and beginners. She LOVES attention and will stand to be groomed. She is great with the vet, farrier, kids, dogs, livestock, etc. She does try to be alpha if given the chance but my geldings keep her in her place. She is bred to Hunter Bay Creek for an April 09 foal. Hunter Bay Creek is a dun AQHA, ABRA, NFQHA stallion. He has only produced dun factored foals to date so she should have a dun, dunskin or dunalino. Current on all shots, coggins, hoofwork, wormings, etc. Asking $3000 but may negotiate on price a bit.
