I have for rent, weekend use, monthly use, special use, etc. 160 acres, small pond, 8+ horse barn, straw, water, and possible use of the 5 bedroom fully furnished farm house in excellent condition. The house even has a vintage cast iron fireplace. I would love to have someone come use it on weekends and get the place back up in running order. I purchased this from my grandfather who grew up on the farm and lived there until he was 100+ year of age. I have deer hunters who are using it for the months of Sept-Dec. but would prefer someone who would like to leave horses on the property and use it as a weekend get away so we can keep the place in good condition all year round. BUT OPEN TO IDEAS! We have an addition 1000+ acres around the area to ride the horses with creeks and trees or open pasture. We also could have a neighbor check on the horses too.
