I'm sorry to see all the season finalies of many of my favorite television series. That means more reruns during the summer months. Because of the recent writers strike, it seems way to soon for more reruns. Hubby and I may need to rent some DVD's for our evening entertainment.

Hey ozzie, in a way I look forward to this time of year. I buy previously viewed DVDs for a decent price and some full seasons and we spend time watching those. I don't remember the last time I rented one.
I really prefer DVDs for the better sound, picture and no commercials.
I just realized that this
I just realized that this year is the first time ever that I didn't care about the season finales of TV programs.
I always had my favorite TV shows. I'd get all sad at the season's last show. I'd make time to see all the finales that I cared about and my friends and I would talk about it the next day.
But this year, there was no show on that I even cared to watch, much less care about the last of the season.
There wasn't a network show that I cared to follow this year.
I don't know if it is me, or if it is because the networks had reality shows on and there was a real lack of any well written shows that a viewer could get involved with and care about.
Next season looks just about as bare for good shows as last year. Is TV getting worse or am I getting old?
