Dear friends,sleep is more important than anything in life.sleep act as battery for body and mind it rejenuvates all cells of body, thereby making body fresh when we get up full of energy,also keeps cells of skin tight.sleep reduces high bloodpressure,memory loss, also keep away from constipation. .it also has many psychological benefits. it makes mind fresh as unnecessary daily stress gets solved in various dreams which keeps away person from stress .person suffering from insomania becomes mad, it increases suicidal tendency also leads temper very hot. so sleep has many benefits.average person needs about 7 to 8 hours of sleep.
