We are slowly stocking our deep freeze in the garage, with frozen veggies and just about anything else that will stand up to freezing well, so that we don't have to worry too much about food AND heat during this coming winter.
Have you started planning ahead too? What have you started adjusting as you consider what your winter needs will be?

I'm not doing anything special, since I live in an urban landscape, with a mild winter. I can manage without any special precautions.
