We have been seeing smaller and smaller classroom in urban areas. some of this may be due to a falling birth rate, but some may also be due to families inability to pay the higher costs of living in major cities, opting for cheaper housing in the suburbs.
Has teh public school system in your area had to restructure their grade spread? Have schools been closed and consolidated?
