The Friday, Aug. 28 field day near Dighton remains as originally scheduled. It will start at 2 p.m. two miles east and three miles south of Dighton at the intersection of Road 120 and Mustang Road.
For Aug. 26 and Aug. 27, Sorghum Connection programming will be delivered through the same-day field days at K-State Western Kansas Research-Extension Centers. The Aug. 26 event is set for Hays, and the Aug. 27 event is set for Tribune, with both sessions tied to the respective field days at wkrec.org/events/field_days.
The Dighton Aug. 28 field day is free to attend, and attendees are asked to register online. More details for the Hays and Tribune events, along with the full 2026 lineup, are available at wkrec.org/events/field_days.
