Hays commissioner questions city funding for ACCESS Transportation’s upcoming budget gap
Hays City Commissioner Shaun Musil said Thursday during his personal comments that he does not believe the city has money to fund ACCESS Transportation’s impending deficit. He also said he does not believe the city has the money ACCESS Transportation has requested for fiscal year 2027.
