Allen County sheriff’s deputies arrested Erik R. Cashe, 50, of Madison, Tuesday on a warrant alleging aggravated assault. Deputies also took Brian W. Morgan, 18, of Iola, into custody Monday on a warrant alleging reckless driving and assault.
Additional arrests reported include Dylan Blake Guinn, arrested Monday on a warrant involving three counts of possessing a controlled substance and two counts of possessing drug paraphernalia. Dylan T. Wille, 28, of Iola, was arrested Sunday on a warrant alleging theft. Deputies also arrested Hunter P. Sigler, 18, Friday near U.S. 59 southeast of Moran on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, as well as alcohol-related charges for a minor and an open container of alcohol.
Iola police officers made several arrests as well. Hunter Lawrence was arrested Saturday evening for suspicion of battery in the 500 block of South Third Street. Officers arrested Samuel Vanpatten July 2 in the 200 block of North First Street for suspicion of violating a protection order, and Austin Skidmore on July 1 for suspicion of possessing opiates and theft in the 200 block of Third Street.
The reports also describe arrests tied to warrants across the region, including a Humboldt methamphetamine distribution allegation and a Neosho County warrant for forgery and felony theft involving a 70-year-old Humboldt resident. The Iola Register published the police reports.
