White is survived by his wife, Kelly Faison Glidden, of Tulsa, and a daughter, Dawson (Nicholas Kellum) White, of New York. In lieu of a celebration of life, a party in his honor is planned for 7 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 8, at Wilder’s Steakhouse in Joplin. A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, Aug. 10, at Highland Cemetery in Iola.
Feuerborn Family Funeral Service is handling arrangements. Instead of flowers, donations are suggested to the Iola Public Library.
