An off-duty police officer helped save a child’s life after a fiery crash on Interstate 70 in Kansas. The Kansas City Police Department says Officer Yul Bean was traveling west of Topeka earlier this month when he came upon the scene, where a car caught fire after a collision with a semi.
Bean ran to the burning vehicle, where two adults in the front seat had died. He broke a car window to reach and pull the boy from the backseat.
