Police say the children were taken by their mother, 29-year-old Taylyn Reed. Reed is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall and about 220 pounds, with short black hair and brown eyes.
Authorities believe Reed may be driving a gray 2020 Honda Accord with Kansas license plate 3362AJH. Anyone who sees the children, Reed, or the vehicle is asked to call 911 immediately or contact the KCK police at 913-596-3000.
