The Kansas Highway Patrol says a 2007 Honda Pilot that was fleeing law enforcement allegedly ran a red light and struck another Honda Pilot. The impact sent the second SUV spinning into a nearby Chevrolet Silverado.

The driver of the fleeing SUV was not injured. Four passengers were inside that vehicle: two adults and a 6-month-old boy, who was properly secured in a car seat, suffered minor injuries and were taken to the hospital, while another passenger escaped unharmed.

In the second Honda SUV, the driver and six young passengers ages 8 to 19 were also taken to the hospital with minor injuries. The Silverado driver was not hurt. The highway patrol report does not specify which law enforcement department was involved in the pursuit.
