Lawrence residents invited to help grow a living Algerian flag earthwork

Lawrence community members are being invited to help bring a “living Algerian flag” earthwork to life at Stan Herd’s latest project. Organizers say participants should wear green, white or red as they come to create the flag through the landscaping work.

The invitation comes from the Kansas Press Association.
