The patrol said 36-year-old Acua Cagal, from Long Island, was driving a Chevrolet Suburban on K-383 Highway in Phillips County. Authorities reported the vehicle drifted off the road, overcorrected, left the roadway again, and rolled twice before coming to a stop.

Officials said Cagal was not buckled up, and that he was ejected during the rollover. He died at the scene.
