Before the meeting, members made cards for Meals on Wheels and assembled cookie trays for the Food Pantry. The club then held its routine business session, with President Logan Ploeger calling the meeting to order and Alton Hartter leading the Pledge of Allegiance and the 4-H Pledge. Esti Scoby led the club in singing the Hokey Pokey, birthdays were recognized, and roll was taken by Secretary Kenzie Ploeger.

Leaders reviewed reports, with Michael Tedman providing the Treasurer’s Report and Charlee Ploeger delivering the Reporter’s Report. Leader Jennifer Ploeger reminded members that record books and pin applications, along with officer books, will be due at the next meeting. Members also practiced a parliamentarian activity focused on standing during roll call and learned how to make yarn pom poms. After refreshments from the Tedman family, the meeting was adjourned.

The next meeting will be at 7 p.m. Monday, Sept. 28 at the Morrill Community Building.
