City commissioners awarded the contract to Gunter Construction Company (GCC) after receiving a recommendation from the project engineer, GTF Infrastructure, Inc. The engineer reviewed four bids for the E. 15th Street and S. Main Street Intersection Traffic Signalization and Sidewalk Extension Project.

The project moves forward under the city commission’s decision, bringing planned intersection and pedestrian upgrades to the Ottawa area.
