Pratt County Republican voters delivered a decisive Primary Election win to Terry Williamson for a Pratt County Commission seat that includes voters who live mostly within the city limits of Pratt, according to Tri-County Tribune.
On a separate ballot that applied to City of Pratt residents only, a proposal to increase the city’s sales tax was voted down.
With the commission race set by the county’s primary vote and the sales tax decision affecting City of Pratt residents, the results directly shape who will represent Pratt-area voters on the county commission and influence the city’s future tax policy.
