Iron Insurance Partners, an independent insurance agency that has operated in Salina for more than half a century, is expanding beyond Kansas through a strategic partnership with Grimes Insurance Agency in Lubbock, Texas, KSAL reports.
Under the partnership, Grimes Insurance Agency will continue operating under its established name, leadership, and local identity. Clients are expected to keep working with the same team they know today while gaining access to expanded resources and broader carrier relationships. Iron Insurance Partners says the Texas operation will serve as a foundation for continued growth across the state while maintaining a local-first approach.
The announcement also positions the move as part of Iron Insurance Partners’ evolution from a Kansas-based brokerage into a growing regional organization, using partnerships with strong independent agencies.
