Officers responded at about 7:00 AM Wednesday to the 1000 block of Franklin after a reported disturbance between a 53-year-old man and his co-worker, 62-year-old Benjamin Adcock. The 53-year-old said Adcock drove his vehicle across his foot on purpose. The victim indicated he and Adcock had been dealing with continuing issues, but he was not seriously injured.
