Troopers with the Kansas Highway Patrol and the Shawnee County Sheriff’s Office responded to a reported crash shortly after 9:45 a.m. July 4 on Highway 24 near mile marker 361.
Additional emergency personnel were also called to the area as crews coordinated response efforts.
