Topeka city leaders have authorized the sale of the Hotel Topeka after the Topeka Development Corporation board voted unanimously in favor of transferring the property to Endeavor Hotel Group.
The Wichita-based company is set to take over on July 7. The board signed off on the sale and the execution steps tied to the transaction during its Tuesday evening vote, moving the deal forward to the scheduled takeover date.
