The Topeka Police Athletic League (PAL) is back for another season after two years of rebuilding a community youth team with local law enforcement, KSNT 27 News reports. The nonprofit organization’s focus is on helping police officers build connections with local youth.
PAL says its goal is to reach children in Topeka, including young people who may be underserved and who are not able to participate in other youth opportunities.
