West Ridge Mall is bringing back its annual summertime carnival to Topeka this week, returning a longtime local tradition to the Capital City.
The mall has partnered with Pun Time Shows, a Missouri-based company, to set up rides, games and food in the east parking lot near LongHorn Steakhouse. Crews have begun setting up for the event.
