The Stauth Memorial Museum offers an array of temporary and traveling exhibits from a variety of sources both locally and across the country. This year is no different, with exhibits covering the natural world, science, history, regional art and many more subjects! Check our website and FaceBook page for special events, programming and Stauth Speaker Series dates. Permanent exhibits include the Wall Western Art Gallery, which features the most complete collection of Frederick Remmington bronzes in the state of Kansas; the Fry Wildlife Gallery, a local family's collection of wildlife specimens, including Boone & Crockett-rated elk, deer, and rams. The Stauth Gallery contains photographs, art, jewelry, musical instruments and curiosities that our founders collected over 40 years of traveling the world, Our newest collection is the Leah Johnson Gallery, a tribute to the late local artist who was known for painting the sod houses of rural Kansas and using dirt from each location in her paint mixtures.
